Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Management professional to supervise site monitoring, data integrity and risk mitigations across trials. You will oversee CTMS and EDC use, coordinate team training, and ensure timelines meet study milestones while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires leadership across global teams, strong communication with investigators, and the ability to manage budgets and contracts. A Bachelor's degree or RN and familiarity with GCP/ICH are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience leading clinical trial management activities in an international environment.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees site management oversight, clinical monitoring and central monitoring with emphasis on patient safety and data integrity.
• Reviews study scope, budget and protocol to align team deliverables with contractual obligations.
• Identifies risks and implements mitigations; escalates risks to project management as needed.
• Maintains CTMS, dashboards and study tools; ensures audit trails and data integrity.
• Coordinates training for the study team on protocol specifics and CRFs.
• Interacts with investigators and vendors to ensure timely progress and milestones.
