Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee site management, monitoring, and data integrity across Phase 1/2 trials in a remote setup. You’ll coordinate with CRAs, CeMs, and data teams to ensure protocol compliance, budgeting, and risk mitigation.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, training, and quality assurance, with opportunities to influence study milestones and patient safety across diverse therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and align teams in the achievement of project milestones.
• Demonstrated capability of working in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees site management, clinical monitoring and central monitoring with focus on patient safety and data integrity.
• Identifies risks to trial management deliverables and escalates as needed.
• Maintains study tools and templates including the Clinical Monitoring Plan and CTMS.
