Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee site management, clinical monitoring, and central monitoring with a focus on patient safety, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure study milestones are met across diverse global trials.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with CTMS/EDC/ePROs, and ability to work in an international, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or RN in related field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and align teams to milestones.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH Guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management, clinical monitoring and central monitoring with focus on patient safety, regulatory compliance and data integrity.
• Identify risks to trial management deliverables and escalate to project management as needed.
• Coordinate training for study team on protocol specifics, CRF completion and timelines.
• Ensure QA of CTMS, dashboards and other systems and maintain audit trails.
