Job summary

Syneos Health in United States (Remote, MN) seeks a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee site management, monitoring, and data integrity across studies. You will collaborate with CRAs, CeMs, and data management to ensure protocol compliance, timely milestones, and budget adherence.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of GCP/ICH, and experience coordinating cross-functional teams in an international setting. Travel may be required, and the position offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and align teams in the achievement of project milestones
• Demonstrated capability of working in an international environment
• Demonstrated expertise in site management and monitoring (clinical or central)
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other regulatory requirements
• Moderate travel may be required, approximately 20%

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management oversight, clinical monitoring and central monitoring deliverables with a focus on patient safety and data integrity.
• Escalate risks to project management related to timelines, quality and budget.
• Coordinate development of study risk assessments and monitoring plans.
• Provide training to the study team on protocol specifics, CRF completion, dashboards and SOPs.
