Job summary

Knownwell seeks a remote AthenaOne training and implementation specialist to deliver comprehensive remote and in-person sessions, build scalable workflows, and empower care teams across obesity care services nationwide.

The role includes creating documentation, supporting colleagues, and optimizing system usage to improve care delivery. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on athenaOne implementation, training, or support experience.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills to convey complex information and document processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training on athenaOne and other systems remotely and in person.
• Create and maintain workflow documentation reflecting current best practices and new functionality.
• Provide ongoing support to team members, troubleshooting and optimizing system use.
