Job summary

Atria Health in Beverly Hills is seeking a Clinical Informatics Operations Manager & Trainer to ensure clinicians and staff fully leverage AthenaOne and other clinical systems, improving patient care and operational efficiency.

The role combines on-site operations management and hands-on training, with travel up to 50% domestically, and requires 5+ years in EHR/clinical systems. 4-5 on-site days per week at our Beverly Hills office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of EHR and clinical systems experience in development, implementation, training or support.
• Experience with electronic health records, clinical documentation, and workflows preferred.
• AthenaOne experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing usage of the AthenaOne EHR and other clinical and non-clinical tools.
• Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and troubleshoot issues.
• Set-up new employees on clinical systems and configure EHR to meet workflows.
• Identify improvement areas and partner with stakeholders to implement changes.
• Collaborate with Informatics, IT, and Clinical teams to optimize workflows.
• Provide on-site, remote, and group training sessions for our team.
• Travel up to 50% domestically to support onboarding and training.
