Job summary

athenahealth is seeking an Onsite Training Associate to join the athena Onsite Training team within Customer Success. You will become an expert in athenaNet and provide best-in-class onsite support during client implementations, delivering training and coaching through onsite and remote engagements.

As part of the team, you will travel extensively across the US to support go-lives, build client relationships, and drive adoption and value from athenahealth products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of direct training experience and ability to assess training needs, create materials, and measure results.
• Working knowledge of revenue cycle or exposure to EHR/EMR in healthcare settings.
• Demonstrated flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate go-live at client sites and act as the go-to expert for athenaNet on-site support.
• Leverage judgement to ensure clients follow best practices and workflows.
• Deliver onsite and virtual classroom training sessions and ad hoc one-on-one coaching.
• Provide remote go-live support and provider coaching to optimize workflows.
• Execute contracted training engagements with preparation and review of content.
• Manage travel logistics and independently handle bookings and changes.
• Willingness to travel within the US and territories, up to 90%.
