Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Clinical Specialty Representative for the Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio territory. This field-based role promotes Mayo Medical Laboratories tests, supports community-based care, and drives new business within assigned accounts.

The position demands extensive travel and a two-year commitment. Remote/home-office setup within the territory is required, with occasional overnight travel and close collaboration with regional sales leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and three years’ sales experience, preferably in the market segment represented.
Experience engaging with physicians/clients and negotiating contracts in hospital or laboratory settings.
Must be able to work from a home-based office within the territory and travel as required.
Two-year commitment to the role.

Responsibilities

Promote Mayo Clinic core values and support community-based health care through selling Mayo Medical Laboratories tests.
Generate new business revenue and co-develop account and test selling strategies with clients.
Collaborate with regional sales leadership to project annual growth and market dynamics.
Sell and position Mayo tests to win opportunities, coordinating resources and bids.
Identify differentiated tests with product managers and negotiate pricing/contracts with clients.
Travel required; field-based sales with possible overnight stays.
