Mayo Clinic is seeking a field-based sales professional to promote Mayo Medical Laboratories tests within a home-office located in the Eastern Pennsylvania territory. The role involves building client relationships, driving new revenue, and collaborating with leadership to shape strategic test offerings.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare settings.

Promote Mayo Clinic core values and support community-based health care and integrated delivery systems through selling Mayo Medical Laboratories tests.
Generate new business revenue and co-develop account and test selling strategies with clients.
Collaborate with CSR Director, Regional Director of Sales, and Regional Managers to project annual sales growth and market dynamics.
Sell and persuade buying influences to move testing to Mayo Clinic, coordinating resources and bid processes for new/upsell opportunities.
Identify tests to differentiate in the market and pursue upsells, negotiating pricing and contract development.
Operate as a field-based sales professional with occasional overnight travel.
Work from a home office within the designated territory (Eastern Pennsylvania); relocation not offered.
