Mayo Clinic is seeking a field-based sales professional to promote Mayo Medical Laboratories and generate new business within the designated territory. The role requires a home-based office within the supported region and involves coordinating with senior sales leadership to develop strategic plans and client-driven test opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a hospital or laboratory setting, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years’ experience in sales (preferably within the market segment they will be representing).
• Excellent human relations, management, and communications skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Promote Mayo Clinic's core values and support community-based care through selling Mayo Medical Laboratories tests.
• Generate new business revenue and co-develop account/test selling strategies with clients.
• Project annual sales growth and market dynamics with CSR Director and Regional Managers; develop and implement business plans.
• Sell tests, coordinate resources, develop presentations, and participate in bid processes for new and upsell opportunities.
• Identify differentiated tests, pursue upsells, negotiate pricing, and monitor price lock-in with regional managers.
