Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain clinical drug lists and PA documents, resolve benefit setup questions, and prepare client reports.

This hands-on role supports pharmacists and leadership by keeping benefit information accurate and current. The contract spans 9–12 months with an 8-hour weekday shift and remote work from the U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and active CPhT certification with state licensure if required.
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 2 years supporting clinical services in a PBM environment.
• Experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations, PA support, formularies, NDCs.
• Hands-on experience with formulary or drug information databases and PBM platforms.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for reports and presentations.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in claims data and client materials.
• Strong follow-through and coordination with pharmacists and operations teams.
• Good judgment on when to escalate for clinical review.
• Motivation to learn, grow, and adopt AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary updates and client changes.
• Maintain QL rules and implement downstream client changes.
• Investigate claim rejections related to drug list platform configuration; escalate when needed.
• Prepare and publish coverage policies files and printed client drug lists under QA review.
• Establish QA checkpoints for PA updates and printing with pharmacist review.
• Analyze, generate, and distribute medication lists and client-facing materials.
