NTT DATA is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for Clinical Applications Support in a 100% REMOTE role. Expect 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced service desk and a strong customer-service mindset as you troubleshoot clinical applications and document incidents.

You will support Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech in a 24x7x365 environment, handling calls, guiding users, and elevating complex issues to the right teams while maintaining professional, patient service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of call center or help desk experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to troubleshoot and document steps clearly.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls for clinical application support.
• Troubleshoot issues in Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech.
• Document resolutions and escalate when needed.
