Job summary

NTT DATA Services in Omaha, NE is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join the Provider Clinical Service Desk, supporting healthcare organizations in a 24x7x365 environment.

You will be the first contact for healthcare customers, troubleshoot issues in clinical applications such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech, document steps, and escalate complex problems as needed. Night, weekend, and holiday shifts are required with 8–10 hour schedules.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a Call Center, Customer Service, Service Desk, Help Desk, or Application Support environment.
• At least 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable reading information on screen for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently while following established processes.
• Strong customer-service mindset and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from healthcare professionals requiring technical and application support.
• Troubleshoot issues involving clinical applications such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson, Meditech.
• Support users with issues including application errors, workflows, user access, and basic troubleshooting.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the service management system.
• Resolve incidents where possible and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
• Follow procedures and service levels to ensure timely incident handling.
