Job summary

NTT DATA Services seeks a Senior IT Clinical Service Desk Associate for a REMOTE role. Located primarily in Fort Worth, TX area, the person will handle inbound calls across Epic, Cerner, McKesson and Meditech, supporting clinical workflows.

The role requires shift flexibility (nights, weekends, holidays) and the ability to work 8–10 hour shifts in a call-center environment with 24/7 coverage. Benefits and company-wide compensation are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of service desk / helpdesk experience or equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• This position will be a part of our Provider Clinical Service Desk, handling inbound customer calls in a 24x7 call center environment.
• Respond to incoming service desk calls from healthcare customers regarding clinical applications.
• Track and document comments, and close or escalate incident tickets in a timely manner.
• Responsible for driving resolution of incidents on a 24/7 desk.
• Read text on computer screens for the duration of the shift and maintain a quiet, private workspace.
• Travel up to 10% of the time, if required.
