Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking a Senior IT Clinical Service Desk Associate for remote work to support healthcare applications in a 24x7 environment. The role requires handling inbound calls, documenting incidents, and ensuring timely resolutions across Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech.

Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of service desk experience, strong communication, typing, and listening skills, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of service desk / helpdesk experience or equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in a 24x7 call center environment for healthcare clinical applications (Epic, Cerner, McKesson, Meditech).
• Respond to incidents, document comments, and close or escalate tickets promptly.
• Drive incident resolution on a 24/7 desk and maintain quiet workspace with reliable internet.
