NTT DATA Services is seeking a Clinical Service Desk professional to handle inbound calls for a 24x7 environment supporting clinical applications such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson and Meditech. The role requires shift flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays, with remote work in the US.

• Minimum of 1 year technical troubleshooting experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in a 24x7 call center
• Respond to clinical application issues (Epic, Cerner, McKesson, Meditech)
• Document and close/incidents or escalate as needed
• Drive resolution of incidents on a 24/7 desk
• Maintain quiet and private workspace with high‑speed internet
• Travel up to 10% and lift up to 25 lbs if needed
