Intuitive is seeking a U.S. da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager to lead a clinical field sales team, driving utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System in the assigned region.

You will oversee installations, training, and growth within the installed base, while recruiting and developing Account Managers. The role requires proven da Vinci Sales or 5+ years of medical device sales management experience, strong OR knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in da Vinci® Surgery Sales or 5+ years of clinical sales management experience
• In-depth knowledge of Operating Room Environment
• Knowledge of the capital equipment sales process
• Experience managing a medical device sales team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Training: ISI field sales management training; interviewing skills
• Remote field management; implementation of sales process; platform and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement da Vinci Surgery sales activities to achieve and exceed goals
• Expand da Vinci Surgery usage in existing accounts
• Train and develop surgeons and staff in applicable specialties
• Manage training and education within installed base
• Guide new system installation processes
• Prospect for new installations and upgrades
• Travel as required
• Provide new product information to the team
• Collaborate with training and marketing for new strategies
