Job summary

Intuitive, a leader in robotic-assisted surgery, is seeking a Da Vinci Area Sales Manager to drive capital equipment sales to hospitals in your assigned territory. You will build clinical and administrative support, conduct technical presentations, and coordinate system installations.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare or capital sales, knowledge of OR environments, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience, preferably healthcare or capital sales.
Knowledge of operating room environment and strong communication skills.
Proven project management and collaboration skills.
Willingness to travel up to 80% and fluency in English and local language as required.

Responsibilities

Sell the daVinci Surgical System to greenfield and existing hospitals within the assigned territory.
Build clinical and administrative support through technical presentations, executive meetings, and events.
Manage the complex sales process and coordinate system installation upon purchase approval.
Develop market awareness and drive sales with surgeons and hospital administration.
Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with the Intuitive commercial organization to optimize pipeline.
