Intuitive seeks a U.S. da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager to lead the clinical field sales team in the Cincinnati region, directing the use of the da Vinci Surgical System within the installed base. The role includes hiring and developing Account Managers, training, and driving growth across accounts.

The position requires a proven sales track record in da Vinci or medical device leadership, extensive travel, and a Bachelor's degree. Equity, benefits, and OTE accompany a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in da Vinci Surgery Sales or 5+ years of clinical sales management experience required.
• Knowledge of the operating room environment and capital equipment sales process.
• Experience directing a medical device sales team and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement da Vinci Surgery sales activities to achieve and exceed goals.
• Expand usage in existing accounts and train new surgeons across specialties.
• Manage training and education within installed base and guide system installations.
• Prospect for new installations and system upgrades; travel frequently.
• Provide team with new product information and collaborate with marketing.
