Advocate Health is seeking a qualified leader for the Quality Abstraction department. The role leads a team to synthesize and analyze data, ensure registry compliance, and drive improvement across enterprise registries. Flexible with full-time, remote work options in eligible states.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare-related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in quality, abstraction, registry with 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of data quality, data management, and presentation; proficient with Microsoft Office or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manages a team to provide clinical synthesis, distribution, and analysis of internal and comparative data in support of system strategic, operational and quality projects.
• Establishes registry support services including compliance with state/federal regulations and external accreditation standards.
• Ensures timely collection and submission of data to CMS, payors, and accreditation entities.
• Oversees interoperability and validity processes and data reporting tools.
• Coordinates oversight of registries across the enterprise to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
