Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Quality Abstraction Manager to lead a remote team responsible for clinical data synthesis, reporting, and registry compliance across enterprise projects.

Ideal candidates will have a healthcare quality/registry background, strong communication and analytic skills, and the ability to coordinate with executives and service lines. Position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a fully remote schedule with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in quality, abstraction, registry with 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
• Five years of orthopedic and/or trauma experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that analyzes internal and comparative data to support system-wide quality projects.
• Establish registry support and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and accreditation standards.
• Oversee data collection/submission for CMS, payor, and accreditation entities and drive data quality.
