Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare field required or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in quality, abstraction, registry with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred (orthopedic/trauma a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to analyze internal and comparative data for system-wide quality projects.
• Ensure registry compliance with state and federal requirements and external standards.
• Oversee data collection, submission, and reporting for CMS, payors, and accreditors.
• Develop interoperability and validity processes for abstraction and reporting.
• Coordinate registry oversight across the enterprise for data integrity.
