Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field required.
• 3 years of quality, abstraction, registry experience with 1 year in a supervisory role.
• 5 years of orthopedic and/or trauma experience in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage team responsible for clinical synthesis, data collection, and reporting across enterprise registries.
• Oversee registry compliance with state and federal regulations and external accreditation standards.
• Lead data validation, inter-rater reliability audits, and data interoperability initiatives.
