Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a leader in quality abstraction to supervise a dedicated registry team. You will oversee data collection, analysis, and submission across enterprise clinical performance initiatives, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires experience in healthcare data systems, interoperability, and performance improvement, with a focus on orthopedic and trauma settings. This is a fully remote position within the United States, with a base focus on quality data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field required.
• 3+ years in quality, abstraction, or registry; 1 year of supervisory experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic and/or trauma experience (OR, Med Surg, ER, ICU).
• Proficient in data quality, data management, and presenting results.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team to provide clinical synthesis, data analysis, and reporting for enterprise clinical performance projects.
• Ensure registry compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards and timely data submission.
• Oversee development and implementation of interoperability and validity processes for data abstraction and reporting.
• Lead process improvements, training, and performance evaluations for registry staff.
