Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Registry Manager to lead clinical data abstraction and reporting across the enterprise in a fully remote capacity. You will support quality initiatives and collaborate with executives and department leaders to improve performance and outcomes.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare field, 3+ years in registry with supervisory experience, and 5 years of orthopedic/trauma experience. Strong analytics and MS Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related field.
• 3+ years in quality, abstraction, registry with 1 year of supervisory experience.
• 5 years orthopedic and/or trauma experience (e.g., OR, Med Surg, ER, ICU).
• Strong analytic, data management, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data abstraction, registry management, and enterprise reporting.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and accreditation standards.
• Coordinate interoperability and validation processes for data reporting.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects with limited supervision.
• Collaborate with service lines and facility executives to drive quality improvements.
