Job summary

The position requires a healthcare-focused Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in quality/abstraction/registry with supervisory experience, and 5 years in orthopedic/trauma settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field.
• Minimum 3 years in quality/abstraction/registry with 1 year in supervision.
• 5 years orthopedic/trauma experience (OR, Med Surg, ER, ICU).

Responsibilities

• Manage a team to provide clinical synthesis, distribution, and analysis of data for system strategic and quality projects.
• Oversee data collection, reporting, and submission to CMS, accreditation entities.
• Lead interoperability and registry validation processes and ensure compliance with privacy and regulations.
