Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a remote Senior Registry Analyst responsible for directing clinical data abstraction, reporting, and quality improvement across enterprise registries. You will collaborate with facility executives and service lines to drive performance improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required five years of orthopedic/trauma data experience and strong analytic skills; supervision experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in quality, abstraction, and registry, with one year of supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Five years of orthopedic and/or trauma data experience in clinical settings (OR, Med Surg, ER, ICU).
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of privacy, confidentiality, and data reporting standards.
• Proficient in MS Office and data presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical synthesis, data abstraction, and reporting across enterprise registries.
• Lead registry staff and coordinate with service lines for improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards; oversee data submission.
• Develop and implement interoperability and validity processes.
