Advocate Health is seeking a Quality Abstraction Manager to lead a team responsible for clinical data synthesis, analysis, and reporting across enterprise registries. You will collaborate with facility executives and service lines to drive improvement and ensure data integrity.

The role requires a Bachelor's in healthcare, 3 years in quality/abstraction/registry with at least 1 year of supervisory experience, and strong analytical skills. Fully remote role with pay range $47.50–$71.25/hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field.
• Three years of quality/abstraction/registry experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in healthcare environment and familiarity with registry requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team to analyze internal and comparative data for system strategy.
• Oversee registry support, compliance with state/federal standards.
• Ensure timely data collection and submission to CMS, payor and accreditation entities.
• Coordinate interoperability and validity processes for data reporting.
• Manage registries to ensure data accuracy and timeliness across the enterprise.
• Direct multiple projects with limited supervision from leadership.
• Develop validation and inter-rater reliability audits for data abstraction.
• Support service lines with reporting requirements for quality improvement.
• Maintain privacy, confidentiality, and release of information policies.
