Advocate Health is seeking a Registry and Quality Abstraction Leader to supervise a team responsible for clinical data synthesis, abstraction, and reporting to support enterprise-wide quality and performance initiatives. You will collaborate with facility executives and service line leaders to drive improvement and ensure compliance with state and federal standards.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in quality, abstraction, registry with one year of supervisory experience.
• Five years of orthopedic and/or trauma experience in settings such as OR, Med Surg, ER, ICU.
• Knowledge of software/tools for abstraction, reporting, and analysis.
• Proficient in data management, privacy and reporting standards.

Responsabilités

• Manage a team to provide clinical synthesis, distribution, and analysis of internal and comparative data for system strategic, operational and quality projects.
• Oversee data collection, submission, and interoperability processes with CMS, payors, and accreditation entities.
• Coordinate registries across the enterprise to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of databases.
• Direct and execute multiple projects with limited supervision and support service line committees on reporting requirements.
