Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• 2+ years of sales or business development experience in healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence.
• Comfort with remote work and high autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to maximize provider reach and relationships within a territory.
• Cultivate new partnerships and nurture existing ones via video calls, in-person meetings, events, and presentations.
• Support patient acquisition and admissions goals with multiple departments.
• Manage data, outreach, and reports in a CRM to track territory performance and identify improvements.
• Plan and execute regional events to engage target professional audiences.
• Understand territory needs and position Equip as a preferred provider solution.
• Coordinate with Referral Coordinators and Admissions to optimize referral processes.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical operations, and payor teams to penetrate new markets.
• Identify local sponsorship opportunities and represent Equip at conferences.
