Job summary

Equip drives patient access to evidence-based eating disorder treatment through a national virtual model. The Clinical Partnerships Representative builds strategic healthcare relationships, connects people to treatment, and balances remote outreach with in-field engagements to achieve admissions goals.

The role requires entrepreneurial drive, strong communication, and the ability to navigate diverse clinical and payor partners across the United States. Remote work with regular travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2+ years experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building expertise, and professional presence.
• Must reside in New York City, with a strong preference for Manhattan-based candidates.
• Remote work with high autonomy and travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies to maximize brand reach and provider relationships in a territory.
• Cultivate new relationships and nurture existing ones via video calls, in-person meetings, events, and presentations.
• Deliver on patient acquisition and admissions goals with cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage data, outreach efforts, and CRM-based reports to track territory performance.
• Plan and execute regional events to engage the target professional audience.
• Identify inactive providers and re-engagement plans.
• Collaborate with Referral Coordinators and Admissions to optimize referrals.
• Work with marketing, clinical ops, and payor teams to enter new markets.
• Identify local sponsorships and represent Equip at conferences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
