Job summary

Equip Health is a fully virtual company delivering evidence-based eating disorder treatment across the United States. We seek a regional sales professional to expand our provider network, lead outreach, and shape strategies that broaden access to care.

The role involves remote work with regular travel within the assigned territory, active engagement with clinical leaders, and collaboration across marketing and payor teams to drive market penetration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2+ years in sales or business development, preferably healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence.
• Excellent communication, rapport-building, and influence.
• Comfortable with remote work and high autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to maximize brand reach and provider relationships within a territory.
• Build and nurture relationships through video calls, in-person meetings, events, and educational sessions with clinical leaders.
• Manage data, outreach efforts, and CRM reports to track territory performance and identify improvements.
• Plan and execute regional events to engage the target professional audience.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical operations, and payor teams to penetrate markets.
• Identify local sponsorships and represent Equip at conferences.
