Equip is a fully virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program serving patients across the United States. We are seeking a Clinical Partnerships Representative to build strategic relationships with healthcare and community organizations and to drive patient access to our program.

In this remote role, you will balance virtual engagements with in-person meetings, events, and educational presentations to expand our provider network and admissions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 2+ years experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence.
• Must reside in Western MA, Worcester area preferred.
• Effective communication and relationship-building at all levels.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of meeting goals and working autonomously.
• Comfortable with remote work and field travel.

Responsabilidades

• Create strategies for maximizing brand reach and provider relationships within a territory.
• Cultivate new relationships and nurture existing ones through video calls, in-person meetings, events, and educational presentations.
• Deliver on patient acquisition and admissions goals in collaboration with multiple departments.
• Manage data, outreach efforts, and reports in a CRM to show territory performance and inform strategy.
• Plan and execute regional events to engage providers and healthcare partners.
• Understand territory needs and position Equip as a solution for providers.
• Identify inactive providers and create plans to re-engage.
• Collaborate with Referral Coordinators and Admissions to optimize the referral process.
• Work with marketing, clinical operations, and payor teams to penetrate new markets.
• Identify local sponsorships and represent Equip at conferences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
