Job summary

Equip is seeking a Clinical Partnerships Representative to drive patient acquisition by building strategic relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations. This remote role balances virtual and in-person engagements across a territory, with travel as needed.

You will collaborate with clinical leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure effective engagement, meet admissions targets, and expand access to equip’s evidence‑based eating disorder treatment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence.
• Effective communication and relationship-building at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to maximize brand reach and provider relationships within a territory.
• Cultivate relationships through video calls, in-person meetings, events, and presentations in collaboration with clinical leaders.
• Meet patient acquisition and admissions goals with cross-department alignment.
• Maintain data and reports in the CRM to show territory performance and identify improvement areas.
