Equip seeks a Clinical Partnerships Representative to drive patient acquisition by building relationships with healthcare and community organizations across a national territory. This remote role blends regular field engagement with virtual outreach, requiring autonomy and strategic thinking.

You will represent Equip's mission, connect people to treatment, and collaborate with clinical leaders to optimize provider engagement and admissions goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 2+ years in a sales or business development role, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Must reside in North Carolina; Charlotte, Winston-Salem or Greensboro preferred.
• Effective communication and influence at all organizational levels.
• Comfortable with remote work and high autonomy.
• Proven track record of meeting goals.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategies to maximize brand reach and provider relationships in the territory.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships through video, in-person meetings, events, and presentations.
• Meet patient acquisition and admissions goals with multiple departments.
• Manage data, outreach efforts, and reports in a CRM to track territory performance.
• Plan and execute regional events to engage the target professional audience.
• Understand territory needs and position Equip as a provider solution.
• Identify inactive providers and create re-engagement plans.
• Collaborate with Referral Coordinators, Admissions, and other teams to optimize referrals.
• Work with marketing, clinical ops, and payor partnership teams to penetrate new markets.
• Identify local sponsorship opportunities and represent Equip at conferences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
