Job summary

Equip seeks a Clinical Partnerships Representative to accelerate patient access by building relationships with healthcare and community organizations. This remote role combines virtual engagement with periodic in-person meetings within a territory, reflecting Equip's fully virtual model and focus on expanding access.

You will drive provider partnerships, manage CRM data, plan regional events, and collaborate with clinical, marketing, and payor teams to meet admissions goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 2+ years in a sales or business development role, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Must reside in New Jersey, Monmouth county preferred.
• Effective communication and organizational skills; goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies for maximizing provider relationships within a territory.
• Cultivate new relationships and nurture existing ones via video calls, in-person meetings, events, and educational presentations.
• Deliver on patient acquisition and admissions goals with multiple departments.
• Manage data and outreach in CRM; identify areas for improvement and inform strategy.
• Plan and execute regional events to engage the target professional audience.
• Identify inactive providers and re-engage with actionable plans.
• Collaborate with Referral Coordinators and Admissions on the referral process.
• Work with marketing, clinical operations, and payor partnerships to penetrate new markets.
• Identify local sponsorship opportunities and represent Equip at conferences.
