Job summary

Equip Health is seeking a Clinical Partnerships Representative to drive patient acquisition by building strategic relationships across healthcare and community organizations. This remote role balances virtual and in-person meetings, requiring in-market travel and strong self-direction.

You will partner with clinical leaders to optimize referrals, maintain CRM data, and execute events that expand our provider network and patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 2+ years in a sales or business development role, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence.
• Must reside in Minnesota; Minneapolis or St. Paul preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies to maximize provider relationships within a territory.
• Cultivate new relationships through video calls, in-person meetings, events, and presentations.
• Achieve patient acquisition and admissions targets with multiple departments.
• Manage data, outreach, and reports in a CRM to show territory performance.
• Plan and execute regional events to engage the target professional audience.
• Understand territory needs and position Equip as a provider solution.
• Identify inactive providers and re-engagement plans.
• Collaborate with Referral Coordinators and Admissions to optimize referrals.
• Work with marketing, clinical operations, and payor teams to penetrate markets.
• Identify local sponsorship opportunities and represent Equip at conferences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
