Job summary

Equip Health is seeking a Clinical Partnerships Representative to drive patient acquisition by building strategic relationships with healthcare providers across the territory. This remote role balances virtual and in-person meetings, with regular field engagement to expand Equip’s network and admissions goals.

You will nurture new and existing provider relationships, deliver education and presentations, manage CRM data, and collaborate with clinical and payor teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 2+ years experience in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Effective at communicating with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable working remotely with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies to maximize provider relationships and brand reach within a territory.
• Nurture new and existing provider relationships via video calls, in-person meetings, events, and presentations.
• Drive patient acquisition and admissions goals with collaboration across departments.
• Manage CRM data and reports to track territory performance and identify improvement areas.
• Plan and execute regional events to engage the target professional audience.
• Identify inactive providers and re-engagement plans; collaborate with Referral Coordinators and Admissions teams.
