Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to support assessment and service programs under our IL PASRR contract. This 100% remote role coordinates assessment scheduling, handles communications, and processes case documentation while assisting families, providers, assessors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication across multiple systems

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and calendar management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and administrative skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents.
• Review information keyed into the system to verify the accuracy of data.
• Monitor data/image quality of scanned documents.
• Follow established policies and procedures for index and imaging without deviation.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information.
