This 100% remote role requires handling multiple systems, communicating with families, providers, and assessors, and ensuring timely, accurate information flow.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with experience in healthcare-adjacent admin and MS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; strong admin background helps.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and calendar management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assessment scheduling and manage communications.
• Process and maintain case-related documentation.
• Provide administrative and customer support across programs.
