Job summary

Hey Jane is building a new Clinical Operations team and seeks an operations-minded professional. This remote role oversees the clinical schedule, coverage, and day-to-day coordination across multiple states, partnering with clinic managers and clinical leadership to ensure smooth patient care.

You will own the 8-week schedule cycle, manage provider availability, and support payroll and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare administration, or a similar operational/coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to track multiple moving pieces (schedules, PTO, call-outs, vendor setups).
• Comfortable owning a recurring, detail-heavy operational process.
• Detail-oriented and accountable; proactively flag issues and own outcomes.
• Natural collaborator with clinic managers and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical schedule build on an 8-week cycle and ongoing work between builds across all states.
• Manage sync visit configuration and provider availability for standard and ad hoc updates.
• Review and approve clinical payroll on a recurring cadence.
• Support day-to-day operational escalations per the playbook from the Senior Manager.
• Assist with onboarding logistics and vendor configuration for clinical hires (Elation, Quest, etc.).
• Help organize the Operations On-Call rotation schedule.
