Job summary

NAPA Anesthesia seeks a Clinical Services Director to remotely oversee designated markets in Florida and Georgia, with frequent travel as needed. You will manage client relationships, coordinate staffing, credentialing, and onboarding, and partner with regional leadership to drive growth and clinical excellence across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own cadence and accountability infrastructure for healthy client relationships.
• Track and document client engagement activity and flag disengagement.
• Maintain records of client interactions in CRM and ensure timely responses.
• Prepare materials for executive conversations and coordinate with VP leaders.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and coordinate with shared services.
