Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to support assessment scheduling, document processing, and customer service for PASRR programs in a 100% remote role. You will liaise with families, providers, assessors, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate documentation and smooth service delivery.

The role requires strong organization, multitasking, and excellent communication. Minimum high school diploma with 0–2 years experience; Associate's degree and healthcare exposure are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and calendar management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and administrative skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience with Smartsheet preferred.
• Healthcare/Medicaid/PASRR familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents.
• Review information keyed into the system to verify the accuracy of data.
• Monitor data/image quality of scanned documents.
• Follow established policies and procedures for index and imaging without deviation.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information.
