Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Clinical Instructional Designer to create and deliver clinical trainings for customers worldwide. The role is fully remote with travel up to 30% for in-person sessions, reporting to the Director of Clinical Training.

You will design engaging content, measure outcomes, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to tailor trainings to their accounts. Required qualifications include an unrestricted clinical license, 3+ years of clinical experience with at least 1

Qualifications

• Unrestricted clinical license to practice psychotherapy (e.g., Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.).
• Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience, with at least 1 year post-licensure.
• Experience with instructional design and content development is required.
• Background in corporate training or public speaking; strong grasp of adult learning principles and training evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical content and training materials using modern instructional design techniques.
• Deliver high-quality clinical trainings in live and virtual formats.
• Identify and address customers' training needs with internal stakeholders.
• Use ADDIE model to craft curriculum and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.
