Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Clinical Trainer to deliver clinical trainings virtually and in person for a major customer. This full-time, remote role may require travel up to 30% for in-person sessions and involves developing training content and measuring effectiveness.

The successful candidate will hold an unrestricted psychotherapy license, have a minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience, and be skilled in instructional design and adult learning.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.).
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience with at least 1 year post-licensed experience.
• Comfort with technology and engaging learners virtually.
• Experience in training with strong understanding of adult learning and virtual engagement techniques.
• Solid understanding of instructional design and content development.
• Knowledgeable about training evaluation techniques.
• Familiar with Google Suite, Zoom, and other events platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical trainings in an engaging manner.
• Collaborate with a dedicated customer and Spring team members to meet customer needs.
• Develop clinical content and training materials using engagement techniques.
• Ensure confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.
• Measure and report on training effectiveness and program growth.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual events and in-person sessions as needed.
