Job summary

Spring Health is a global mental health company seeking a Clinical Instructional Designer to design and deliver clinical trainings for a Spring Health customer. The role is fully remote and travel up to 30% for in-person sessions, reporting to the Director of Clinical Training.

You will develop content, measure training effectiveness, and expand offerings. Candidates must hold an unrestricted psychotherapy license and have 3+ years of post-graduate clinical experience with instructional design

Qualifications

• Unrestricted clinical license to practice psychotherapy.
• 3+ years post-graduate clinical experience, with at least 1 year post-licensure.
• Experience with instructional design and content development.
• Experience in corporate training or public speaking and adult learning principles.
• Strong virtual engagement and training evaluation skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Zoom, and alternative webinar platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with corporate customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical content and training materials using modern instructional design techniques.
• Deliver high-quality clinical trainings in an engaging and impactful manner.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to identify training needs.
• Use ADDIE model to develop curriculum and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for trainings and events.
• Collaborate with Jumbo customers for planning and account management.
• Grow clinical training offerings and measure outcomes.
