Job summary

Dental Care Alliance is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop and maintain curricula, facilitator guides, and participant materials using ISD methodologies. The role emphasizes 80% Instructional Design and 20% Training, with remote work to support clinicians and staff.

The ideal candidate will design and facilitate both in-person and virtual trainings, analyze needs, and continuously improve program quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Instructional System Design, or related fields preferred but not required.
• At least three years’ experience designing and delivering clinical instructor-led and online training for adult learners and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present clinical training programs in performance management and leadership development.
• Facilitate training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings.
• Assess needs; analyze outcomes and implement ISD-based design solutions.
• Create and maintain instructional materials (Instructor-Led and eLearning) using ISD methodology.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content.
• Apply best practices in online instructional design and current frameworks.
• Keep content up-to-date to ensure current information.
• Manage pre- and post-learning activities and communications.
• Evaluate course effectiveness and continuously improve training programs.
