Job summary

Spring Health is a global mental health company on a mission to eliminate barriers to care. The Clinical Trainer will deliver clinical trainings to a dedicated customer virtually and in person, assist in developing trainings, and measure effectiveness of trainings in collaboration with internal teams.

This full-time, fully remote position may require travel up to 30% for in-person trainings. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Training, you will help grow clinical training offerings while

Qualifications

• Must have unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience with at least 1 year post-licensed.
• Experience in training and a strong understanding of adult learning.
• Proficient with Google Suite, Zoom, and events platforms.
• Excellent communication and virtual engagement skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical trainings in an engaging manner.
• Collaborate with a dedicated customer and Spring teams to meet needs.
• Develop training materials and content utilizing engagement techniques.
• Measure training effectiveness and report on outcomes.
• Coordinate virtual events platforms and logistics.
• Support Wellsprings and on-site health fairs as needed.
• Consult on Training and Programming with internal stakeholders.
