Job description

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing, clinical care, coding, clinical documentation, or healthcare audit education. This role willpartner with a cross-cultural, fully remote team of Trainersand Subject Matter Expertstodesignadvanced educational courses forclinical, coding, and audit teams across Payment Integrity programs, including DRG, clinical validation, outpatient, home health, etc. and related audit workflows. The Instructional Designer will createblended live and e-learningcontent using video, technical information,learner activities, case-based scenarios,knowledgeand skills assessments, and otherinteractive tools. This role willsupport needs assessments,learning objective development, coursedesign, curriculum updates, andtraining effectiveness evaluation. This is a remote office opportunity.

• Salary Range: $56k-89k (based on experience, skills, and qualifications)
• Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
• Up to 10% annual travel (for team meetings and limited client onsite engagements.)
