Job summary

Spring Health is seeking an independently licensed mental health professional to join our Clinical Training team as a Clinical Trainer. You will deliver clinical trainings to customers virtually and in person, develop training content, and collaborate with providers to ensure culturally sensitive materials.

Travel up to 10–20% is required for in-person trainings. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Training, you will measure training effectiveness and help grow clinical offerings while

Qualifications

• Unrestricted clinical license to practice psychotherapy (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.).
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience, with at least 1 year post-licensure.
• Experience with instructional design and content development required.
• Proven corporate training or public speaking background with adult-learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical trainings to customers virtually and in person.
• Develop clinical content and training materials with engagement techniques.
• Collaborate with global providers to adapt materials culturally.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual events and on-site trainings.
• Measure effectiveness of trainings and grow offerings.
• Consult with dedicated customer on Training and Programming planning.
